John Ritter Wrongful Death Defense Attorney Has Faith In His Client
According to People, John Ritter’s family is heading to trial in February in their wrongful death lawsuit, seeking $67 million in damages. Popsquire finds it hard to believe that the parties can’t reach a settlement — there is plenty of time between now and a February trial.

There was no settlement reached because the Physicians do not believe they committed malpractice. Since they believe the standard of care was met, they are not offering any money.
