Rihanna Sued By Neighbor Over Parking
Rihanna is just like everyone else in LA — struggling for good parking.

Her neighbor, Christian Moeller, is suing for invasion of privacy, nuisance, fraud and trespass, and it’s all over a parking dispute. Moeller and Stephen Yacobian (the owner of the house Rihanna rents) previously agreed to an easement that allowed access to a small part of Moeller’s yard for purposes of getting to a small parking lot on Yacobian’s property.
Now, Moeller is asking a judge to revoke that agreement and pay damages. He claims that Rihanna and her visitors are driving through part of his yard not allowed by the easement to get to her parking area or are leaving their cars on his lot for too long.
Solution: Instead of crowding the courts with another lawsuit, Moeller should just hire a valet parking service and have them charge Rihanna and her guests. They won’t notice the difference. It’s LA — valet parking at home is normal.
