Adapted from the Richard Yates’ novel, Revolutionary Road provides a portrait of a post World War II American marriage seen through the eyes of Frank (Leo’s character) and April (Kate). April launches a plan to leave the comforts of Connecticut behind for Paris. Each spouse is pushed to extremes – one to escape whatever the cost, the other to save all that they have, no matter the compromises.
