Michael Jackson’s Trustees Want Control Over Estate
The trustees of Michael Jackson’s estate won’t stop until they get enough.

According to TMZ, lawyers for the trustees will be in court tomorrow asking the judge to issue a written order outlining what they have authority to do as Special Administrators. Although the judge expanded their powers earlier this month, the trustees want it in writing because Katherine Jackson’s lawyers allegedly have “kicked up some dust.”
This makes sense. The trustees likely want to make sure Katherine can’t claim they are abusing their powers. Meanwhile, the judge is supposed to make a decision next month about the future of the trustees and their powers. He likely is hoping the parties will work out a compromise before then.
