Michael Jackson: Wrongful Death Lawsuit Possible
Following today’s probate court hearing, Katherine Jackson’s attorney confirmed that a wrongful death action has been “floated” by the Jackson family.

Yes, this is the most dramatic event from today, but it’s not surprising. Of course the family has “floated” the idea!
The question is who will be the defendants. Katherine’s attorney quickly clarified that “any possible defendants have not been decided,” although he did say that Dr. Murray is in the mix.
Might AEG also be in the mix? It certainly would explain all the hooplah over being able to share the AEG agreement with authorities at the last court hearing.
PS: Today’s court hearing resulted in: (1) approval of a merchandising deal for MJ memorabilia; (2) a Friday hearing on whether to approve an AEG memorabilia tour agreement; and (3) a September court hearing on Katherine’s objections to the appointment of John Branca and John McClain as the sole trustees to MJ’s estate.
