Michael Jackson: Countdown To Criminal Charges?
Michael Jackson died on June 25, and the authorities clearly have been targeting Dr. Conrad Murray in their homicide investigation. Yet, they still have not presented the case to the DA…until soon?

TMZ reports that the case will be presented to the DA’s office within three or four weeks. So, what’s been holding them up?
Medical experts. The LAPD requested opinions from several medical experts who will analyze the evidence and offer their opinions on Dr. Murray’s conduct; their opinions are expected to be finalized in the next few weeks.
This makes perfect sense. Like Popsquire has said numerous times, this case eventually will turn on expert testimony. The prosecution will have to prove that no reasonable doctor would have done what Dr. Murray allegedly did — administer Propofol in MJ’s home.
For the defense to succeed, Dr. Murray may need an expert willing to say it was acceptable behavior.
