  • Londell McMillan Says He Will Prove Michael Jackson Wanted Katherine To Serve As Trustee Of His Estate

Katherine Jackson’s attorney, Londell McMillan, is taking the gloves off when it comes fighting for control of Michael Jackson’s estate.

He told Larry King last night that “there’s no question that Mrs. Katherine Jackson was Michael Jackson’s most trusted person, from a personal and business standpoint” and that he “will prove” MJ wanted Katherine to serve as a trustee of his estate.  He said he will share certain information to the current trustees “as a courtesy,” which he hopes will convince them to add Katherine as a trustee.

Notably, Burt Levitch (also representing Katherine) told the judge in court yesterday that he has held off on filing objections to the current trustees in order to save them from “unnecessary embarrassment.”

They better be careful how they proceed so that they don’t violate the no contest clause, which could result in Katherine losing all money MJ left to her.
