Dr. Murray To AEG: Pay For Michael Jackson Services

Dr. Murray wants AEG to pay him $300,000 for medical services he provided to Michael Jackson in the two months leading up to his death.
Dr. Murray’s rep says that although he does not intend to file a creditor’s claim against Jackson’s estate, “Dr. Murray needs the money and he’s entitled to the money based on the contract he signed with AEG.”
Dr. Murray may be right. If he worked under contract and was promised $300,000 for his services, then he may be legally entitled to the payment. If he was doing a bad job, AEG could have fired him, but they may not be able to withhold money from him.
Good luck finding someone to sign that check. Talk about blood money…
