Dr. Arnie Klein: Dr. Murray Should Be Prosecuted
Michael Jackson’s former dermatologist, Dr. Arnie Klein, gave a lengthy live interview on TMZ today.
He is a talker. He just went on and on and on. But, like a good lawyer, Popsquire is boiling it down to some highlights for you:
- Dr. Klein blames both Dr. Murray and AEG for MJ’s death. He says that Dr. Murray’s actions are “criminal” and that AEG should be responsible for not properly conducting a background check on him.
- Dr. Klein says MJ was “in the hands of a doctor who didn’t know what he was doing.”
- Dr. Klein focuses on Dr. Murray administering Propofol “intermuscularly” instead of intravenously. He says that’s the wrong way and may have resulted in Dr. Murray being sedated while administering the drug.
- Dr. Klein knew MJ had a problem with Propofol, but that he never administered it to MJ.
- Dr. Klein re-built MJ’s nose, saying it had collapsed before he worked on it.
- Dr. Klein says the family is “all about money” and that Katherine Jackson is greedy because she keeps asking for money from the estate.
- Dr. Klein says Prince was supposed to duet with MJ on “Bad.”
- Dr. Klein says MJ was his “closest friend.”
- Dr. Klein says Carrie Fisher and Elizabeth Taylor have helped him get through his grief over MJ’s death.
- Dr. Arnie Klein says Debbie Rowe “harasses” him and that her behavior toward him is “abhorrent.” He says she is “not the same Debbie Rowe” and that she screams at him on the telephone.
- Dr. Arnie Klein says MJ had a “decent” relationship with Janet and would talk to her.
- Dr. Arnie Klein says the Jackson Family planned a drug intervention two days before MJ died.
