Prince of Bahrain vs. King of Pop (Cont’d)
Michael Jackson’s doctors say it’s not too Dangerous for him to fly!
Despite Tuesday’s request to testify via web video from the United States due to an undisclosed illness, the former pop star now is expected to testify at his London trial on Monday after being cleared by his doctors. As a reminder, the Prince of Bahrain claims he paid Michael an advance on two albums, a stage show and a planned autobiography, but Michael never delivered, while Michael says the money was a gift.
No matter how this turns out, the Prince of Bahrain needs a lesson in law and Human Nature. Although contracts technically don’t need to be written down in some circumstances, it is highly advisable when the business transaction involves $7 million. Duh.
