Steve-O Slammed With Drug Charge
Jackass star and less-than-ideal neighbor, Steve-O, is being charged with cocaine possession in violation of California’s Health and Safety Code section 11350(a). Although a plea bargain likely will determine Steve-O’s fate, the maximum jail sentence for this offense is one-year in state prison.
Oh, what would the world do without the social and political force that is Steve-O? More importantly, what will be his defense? Will he claim it was “An Honest Mistake?”
