Anne Heche Finalizes Divorce
Anne Heche and Coleman Laffoon finalized their divorce on Friday afternoon by entering into a voluntary settlement. The details:
- Anne will pay Coleman $3,700 a month in child support; she was able to decrease it from nearly $15,000 month she previously was paying.
- Anne will pay 75% of her son’s private school tuition; she previously was paying 100%.
- Anne is required to pay Coleman a $275,000 lump sum payment.
- Each party will split the child’s uninsured medical expenses and extra curricular activities.
- Both parties waived the right to spousal support.
Although the parties entered a settlement, this is not over. When it comes to child support, the battle never ends. As soon as Anne starts working on a new show or movie, expect Coleman to seek more money from her. This is pretty standard for all family law cases.
