DA Expected To Sink Teeth Into Chris Brown Case
Hoping to solve one of the many mysteries in the Chris Brown/Rihanna case, many Popsquire followers are asking whether teeth might qualify as the deadly weapon listed on the police report.
The definition of “deadly weapon” is “any object, instrument, or weapon that is inherently deadly or dangerous or one that is used in such a way that it is capable of causing and likely to cause death or great bodily injury.”
Yes, this is very vague and technically might include teeth, but it would be an uncommon application of the law. Moreover, in light of TMZ’s newest report that Rihanna suffered “two huge contusions” on her forehead as well as a “bloody lip and nose,” teeth likely did not cause the primary injuries.
The DA’s office is expected to examine the case soon. Popsquire will keep you posted!
