Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt walked the red carpet at last night’s Hollywood premiere of G.I. Joe.

In typical Speidi fashion, they used the opportunity to promote themselves — namely, Heidi’s new Playboy cover.
Warning: Do not bring this magazine into a courtroom. You may recall that a North Carolina lawyer was held in contempt for looking at a Heidi Montag Maxim magazine cover in court last year.
Dear MTV: Don’t you make the stars of The Hills sign confidentiality agreements? First, Speidi confirmed that The Hills is scripted while filming I’m A Celebrity, and now LC divulges that Spencer’s apology was a fraud! Hello lawyers, are you there?
Like a typical lawyer, Popsquire enjoys a good feud. Watch this Today Show interview and then read what Al Roker wrote on his Twitter page after interviewing Speidi this morning. It’s definitely out of character for Al, but is he wrong?
Not surprisingly, the answer may rest in the hands of the lawyers.

Life & Style reports that NBC executives are “desperately working” to get Spencer Pratt back on I’m A Celebrity…Get me Out of Here!, and that the only stumbling block is Spencer’s contract:
“NBC lawyers are vetting his contract to see if it is possible to allow him back into the jungle again — and that it doesn’t go against the rules of the game.”
Suggestion: Look for the language that says the rules are “subject to change at the producer’s discretion.” Although reality competition shows often follow rules, they almost always have a way for producers to get around them. These lawyers bettah read carefully!
This is the case of Spencer Pratt vs. Audrina Patridge…

Amid speculation yesterday that Speidi would not be returning to the jungle for I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here!, TMZ reached out to Audrina’s rep to find out if she might replace them. In response, the rep gave this classic statement:
“Not in a million years. Audrina is moving in a completely different direction than those two … she’s a star.”
Spencer and Heidi seem to be breaching contractswith every breath these days.

Most reality shows require participants to sign confidentiality agreements. This is especially true for shows like MTV’s The Hills, given widespread debate about whether the show is reality or, in fact, scripted.
Nonetheless, Speidi may have forgotten about their obligation to remain silent while filming NBC’s I’m A Celebrity…Get Me Out Of Here!. On last night’s episode of I’m A Celebrity, Spencer confirmed everyone’s suspicion that The Hills is not reality, saying to Heidi, “This is the first time you’re crying on tv and it’s not fake.”
Now, amid rumors that the couple officially left the show after last night’s episode, TMZ reports that Spencer told NBC producers: “If you give me a script, I’ll do what you want. I’m not a reality star. I’m on ‘The Hills.’”
So…if The Hills is scripted, then Spencer certainly is not an actor either. What is he?

Yesterday afternoon, Popsquire was running a few errands and witnessed this mess. The reality tv couple went on a Melrose shopping spree, followed by a walk and make out session.
Like a good reality tv star, Audrina keeps them cameras on!
As promised, Audrina just posted surveillance footage of the alleged robbery that took place in her home on Sunday night. Click here to watch and let Popsquire know if you think this is real or some kind of Blair Witch / Hills cross over stunt.
Either way, it’s fun to watch and learn why it can be a mistake to commit a crime with a partner. In this case, the girl is covering her face probably because she realizes there are surveillance cameras. Meanwhile, the dude is basically mugging for the camera, likely making it easy to catch them both.
The hunt is on, and Popsquire will keep you posted.
Audrina probably wishes she never left LC’s guest house…
On her official blog, The Hills star says she was robbed on Sunday night. Although she describes most of the stolen items as “replaceable,” some of the items were “very sentimental too.” Most importantly, Audrina says that she is going to post surveillance photos of the intruders.
Please don’t let this be another excuse to post pictures of Heidi and Spencer on the web.
UPDATE: Speidi is not behind this one. Click here for the surveillance footage.
Ok, stop crying. She’s not quitting the show — just moving from her Hollywood Hills home to a security high rise building in Westwood. According to E! Online, pals like Brody Jenner and Stephanie Pratt recently showed up to LC’s mans for a farewell party.
Of course, Popsquire believes that the neighbors threw the real party. After all, they previously complained about illegal activity and likely instigated an investigation into whether Audrina’s guest house violated zoning ordinances.
Not used to so much plot development involving the ladies of The Hills? Then, click here and here to catch up. Remember, Popsquire always encourages the use of flashcards!
Watch below for a sneak peek of tonight’s episode of The Hills, featuring the Heidi Montag/Spencer Pratt Mexican “wedding.” Popsquire followers (like you!) know that their wedding won’t be legal until they compete the proper documentation in the U.S., which they have not done!
