Mischa Mayhem
December 27th, 2007Hollyscoop broke the news early this morning that Mischa Barton was arrested in West Hollywood on suspicion of DUI, possession of narcotics and driving on a suspended license. Bail has been set at $10,000.

First time DUI offenders can face any of the following penalties:
- jail time
- stiff monetary fines
- probation
- community service
- mandated AA attendance
