Aretha Wilson allegedly slashed Leo with a glass at a Hollywood party hosted by Rick Solomon and left him with 10 stitches on his ear and seven on the neck. Police issued an arrest warrant for Wilson, but she fled to her native Canada.
In 2006, Wilson was charged with the assault of her ex-boyfriend in Toronto and received a suspended sentence and two years of probation. Now that her probation is over, American officials were able to request her extradition and she was arrested on Monday.
