DMX, rapper and jail enthusiast, has worked out a plea bargain for his alleged Florida drug crimes. Although he was facing up to six years in jail, TMZ reports that he is being released with time served and a fine totaling less than $500.
Of course, he still faces charges in Arizona for animal cruelty and identity theft. For a refresher course on the DMX jail tour, enjoy these prior Popsquire posts:

DMX was arrested again yesterday!
Miami police took him into custody after a Phoenix judge issued a warrant for failing to appear in court on Tuesday for a pretrial conference on four counts of possessing drug paraphernalia and one count of marijuana possession. DMX’s lawyer, Charles Kozelka, explains that the rapper checked into a Miami hospital the day he was supposed to be in Phoenix and was planning on entering a rehab facility afterward. The lawyer also claims that he was trying to arrange for DMX to turn himself in at the airport.

Actually, it’s what DMX didn’t do that’s getting him into trouble this time.
Because you are a faithful Popsquire follower, you know that DMX has been arrested five times since May. Yesterday, Phoenix Commissioner Phemonia Miller issued a bench warrant for DMX because he failed to appear for a hearing on his prior felony drug charge case, according to TMZ.
Is he Punk’ing us? Seriously.

Instead, courtesy of TMZ, the winner is…Frankie Muniz!
