Helio Castroneves will be Dancing With The Jurors in 2009!
A federal court in Miami set the tax evasion trial of the former DWTS winner and two-time Indy 500 champ for March 2. As a reminder, the 33-year-old pleaded not guilty to tax fraud last month, after being indicted for failing to pay taxes on more than $5 million in income over a four-year period.

Amid controversial comments from Dancing With The Stars pro-dancers Louis van Amstel and Maksim Chmerkovskiy that Cheryl Burke and Lacey Schwimmer are too heavy, Popsquire followers want answers!

Question: Can co-workers get away with calling each other fat or overweight? Isn’t that discrimination?
Answer: Michigan is the only state with a law that specifically protects overweight people from discrimination in the workplace. With the exception of a few city ordinances, everyone else is pretty much out of luck, unless you are disabled due to weight. However, if the comments are made only about women, then there might be an issue of gender discrimination or harassment.

Popsquire is being bombared with questions about Dancing With The Stars!
Given Julianne Hough’s and Brooke Burke’s recent trips to the hospital, combined with Misty May Treanor’s aquilles tendon injury, Jeffrey Ross’s scratched cornea, and Karina Smirnoff’s twisted ankle, can these people successfully sue DWTS?
Probably not! Reality shows are infamous for making participants sign their lives away. The contracts that contestants sign typically involve detailed, iron-clad releases that protect DWTS, the producers, and the network from any and all liability.

Instead of hitting the Mall of America, thieves in Minneapolis broke into a van being used by Dancing With the Stars pros Mark Ballas and Derek Hough this weekend. While Mark and Derek were enjoying fine dining at Outback Steakouse Saturday night with Kristi Yamaguchi and other DWTS members, the villians stole thousands of dollars worth of personal items, including passports, wallets, laptop computers, iPods, cell phones, diaries and photos from the tour, according to E! Online.
The DTWS members were in town for a charity event to raise money to fight cancer. Now, they need your charity and help finding the thieves. Click here to send in any tips and to check out Derek’s band, Almost Amy.
