According to these court documents obtained by TMZ, Sonja Norwood (Brandy Norwood’s mom) is suing Kim Kardashian and her sisters for: (1) conversion; (2) breach of fiduciary duty; (3) declaration of constructive trust; and (4) unfair competition, with (5) a request for an injunction.

Mama Norwood alleges that Kim — while working as Brandy’s stylist and after in cohorts with her sisters — used mama’s credit card to run up over $120,000 in unauthorized charges.

1. Is this why Kim appeared in the sex video with Brandy’s brother, Ray-J?
2. Did she think she was working off the debt?

The Los Angeles City Attorney’s Office has confirmed that Brandy Norwood will not be facing criminal charges for last year’s car crash that resulted in a woman’s death.  For more details about why Brandy is not being charged, click here.  And for the strongly worded statement released by her attorney, take a look at this.

TMZ is reporting that Brandy Norwood may not be facing criminal charges for last year’s car crash that resulted in a woman’s death.  TMZ also claims that Brandy may not even be at fault.  It turns out that the other driver may have struck the vehicle in front of her before Brandy made any contact and that she (the other driver) had traces of weed in her system.
