Beastie Boy Scheduled For Cancer Surgery
July 20th, 2009Beastie Boy Adam Yauch announced today that he was diagnosed with cancer in this throat. Thankfully, he assured fans that it is treatable and that he will be undergoing surgery soon. Get better, Adam!
PS: This is exactly why artists often purchase insurance policies. Those policies should cover losses associated with scheduled shows that will be canceled.
