Omarion Replaces Sparks On MTV’s Dance Crew
January 21st, 2010Approximately one month after Shane Sparks was arrested on child molestation charges, MTV announces that Omarion will replace him as the third judge on America’s Best Dance Crew.

Coincidence? Doubtful. Although it’s generally ill-advised for employers to fire someone for being arrested (and not convicted), child molestation charges change the game. MTV likely is willing to risk any lawsuit by Sparks simply to prevent its show from being associated with such a scandal.
The new season of ABDC starts January 28.
