Photographer Wants Britney Spears To Foot The Bill

In May 2007, Brit ran over TMZ photographer Ricardo Mendoza’s foot. At first, he laughed about it and even auctioned off his sock on the site for $585. Two years later, he sued Brit for for assault, battery and negligence, but his monetary damages were unspecified.
Now, he’s getting around to the specifics. Mendoza claims Brit owes him $195,000 in general damages, $16,533.59 for medical bills and $10,000 for any future foot problems.
Brit: Call your insurance company and tell them to settle this case. You did have insurance, right?
