Britney’s Big Day
Like a good lawyer, Popsquire has been keeping this timeline and, as a result, can remind you that tomorrow is a huge day for Britney Spears. A court hearing is scheduled for 8:30 a.m. tomorrow morning to determine Britney’s temporary visitation and custody rights potentially through the April trial date.
Popsquire’s perspective…
Family court judges have seen it all and generally are willing to reunite children and parents. So, if Britney shows up to court tomorrow and can provide a reasonable explanation or apology for last week’s episode, Popsquire predicts that she will resume limited and supervised visitation.
On the other hand, if Britney neither shows up to court nor arms her attorneys with a sworn declaration or other evidence in her favor, Popsquire is not so hopeful.
