Bodyguard Sues Britney Spears For Negligence
Britney Spears’ former bodyguard will not always love her…
In a lawsuit filed in LA Superior Court, plaintiff Kerry M. Vince says Brit “negligently operated her home and business thereby causing injuries to [him]” and her “extreme/outrageous conduct intentionally and/or recklessly caused [him] severe emotional distress.”
Of course she negligently operated her home and business — that’s why she’s under the control of a conservatorship. However, that doesn’t mean she should pay her bodyguard any additional money. If he couldn’t handle the circus, then he should have gotten out!
