Pharmacist Refused To Fill Anna Nicole Smith’s Prescriptions Just Days After Her Son’s Death
The preliminary hearing in the Howard K. Stern prescription drug case is wrapping up its second week with more powerful testimony.

Yesterday, a pharmacist testified that he refused to fill a prescription order from defendant Dr. Khristine Eroshevich four days after the 2006 death of Anna Nicole’s son, Daniel. In fact, the pharmacist recalled telling Anna Nicole’s internist, defendant, Dr. Sandeep Kapoor: “This is crazy. This is pharmaceutical suicide.”
Too bad there aren’t more pharmacists like this. Maybe Anna Nicole, Michael Jackson, and Heath Ledger would still be alive.
