American Idol contestants need lawyers, too!
eBay is featuring items for sale related to the final three Idol contestants, including an alleged lock of Adam Lambert’s hair as well as flasks, buttons, key chains, and mousepads with the contestants’ images. Access Hollywood reports that, as of yesterday, there were 662 items related to Lambert, 68 related to Danny Gokey, and 57 related to Kris Allen.
It’s time for these guys to fire off cease and desist letters. They are celebrities now (even if Gokey is a wedding singer), and random people should not be profiting from unauthorized uses of their images. Lawyer up, guys!
