Not so fast!
The FCC typically does not monitor programming after 10 pm, i.e., Jimmy Kimmel Live! and at least part of New Year’s Rockin’ Eve. Moreover, the FCC generally has not fined broadcasters for programming unless it is so “pervasive as to amount to ’shock treatment’ for the audience.”
A fleeting kiss and crotch grind — shock treatment? Well, probably not if it involved “opposite” (yes, that’s a Carrie Prejean reference) sex performers.
Not anti-gay but that moron over did it as we all know it…He will lose his older woman support which was actually his base…Idiot.
