Redmond O’Neal was allowed out of jail today to attend his mother’s funeral. So sad.

He’s lucky, though. Many other inmates would never get this opportunity. Because he has money and access to attorneys, he was granted this privilege. Don’t ever think money or celebrity don’t have benefits!
The Jackson Family will hold both public and private memorials for Michael Jackson at Neverland Ranch Friday and Sunday, respectively, but no one has confirmed a place or time for his physicalburial.
[Pacific Coast News]
Denise Brown, a spokesperson for the California Dept. of Consumer Affairs Cemetery and Funeral Bureau, tells Popsquire that the Jackson Family must comply with rules and regulations if they decide to bury Michael at Neverland. They must apply for and receive a “certificate of authority,” which could require hundreds of pages of documentation, including zoning permits and maps of the property.
The process could take up to four weeks to complete. Brown declined to comment on whether anyone has applied for a certificate of authority in this case; however, she confirmed that any decision will be made available to the public.
Debbie Rowe says that she is the one. Yes, that’s an obvious reference to Billie Jean. Who could resist?
Amid a lot of speculation, Rowe’s attorney, Marta Almli, released this statement to Access Hollywood:
“We refuse to be drawn into addressing the various rumors and speculation swirling in the media. The vast majority of what is out there is untrue.
Particularly hurtful and insidious is the most recent rumor — which is entirely false — concerning the maternity of the children.
Ms. Rowe is the biological mother of the two oldest children.”
Rowe’s attorney obviously remained silent about the identity of the father and about whether Rowe intends to play any role in the kids’ lives. If she would answer these questions, maybe there would be less speculation and “insidious” rumors!
Nonetheless, court proceedings will continue with or without Rowe. California courts take into consideration the best interests of the children. If the biological mother does not want a relationship with her kids, a court will not force anything upon her. Besides, it may not be in the best interests of the kids to have a relationship with her anyway.
The LAPD wants to talk to Michael Jackson’s dermatologist, Arnold Klein, about meds he may have prescribed.

Hollywood doctors are living under a police microscope these days. And, maybe they should be!
Popsquire recently spoke to a local physician who confirmed that the relationship between doctors and celebrities is odd, to say the least, in Hollywood. He said that a number of unidentified celebrities have asked him to become their personal physicians and either live with them or just “hang around” to address their medical needs.
Does that sound like a glorified pill pusher to you? It does to Popsquire!
Katherine Jackson’s choice of lawyer may support reports that Michael Jackson is not the biological father of his children.
[Bauer Griffin Online]
Katherine hired attorney Diane M. Goodman, of the law firm Goodman & Metz. According to the firm’s website, she “focuses on family law, including mediation, dissolution, paternity, adoption and guardianship matters with an emphasis on representing gay and lesbian litigants in adoption and custody proceedings.”
If Michael and/or Debbie Rowe were the biological parents, then why would Katherine need such a specialist?
TMZ is going only where the UK’s News of the World has gone before — to a not-so-shocking world where (a) Michael Jackson and Debbie Rowe may not be the biological parents of Prince Michael and Paris and (b) where Michael is not the biological father of Prince Michael II, whose surrogate mother and egg donor are unknown.
Although the News of the World article has disappeared from the web, the tabloid previously printed an article in which Debbie allegedly said about Prince Michael and Paris, the two oldest kids:
“I was just the vessel. It wasn’t Michael’s sperm. Just like I stick the sperm up my horse, this is what they did to me. I was his thoroughbred.”
Multiple sources deeply connected to the births tell us Michael was not the sperm donor for any of his kids. Debbie’s eggs were not used. She was merely the surrogate, and paid well for her services in the births of Michael Jr. (Prince Michael) and Paris.

Katherine Jackson says there is not a will, according to court papers she filed today; however, TMZ reports that Michael’s former attorney, John Branca, intends to file a signed will with the court soon.
[Bauer Griffin Online]
Just like Popsquire predicted, this is a mess!
Here’s how it should work going forward. Branca will file the will in response to Katherine’s probate petition. At the hearing, the judge will decide whether to enter the will into probate and whether will is valid. Among other reasons a court might conclude the will is not valid are: (1) fraud; (2) MJ was under the undue influence of a third party; (3) MJ was not of sound mind; and (4) the will was not witnessed properly.
And, don’t get ahead of yourself. Proving that someone was not of sound mind or under the influence of someone else is very difficult to prove. Popsquire will keep you posted!
