Kiefer Sutherland May Have Violated Probation
Kiefer Sutherland may be hitting his own head on jail bars soon.

The 24 star is expected to surrender to police and face assault charges after allegedly headbutting a fashion designer in NYC on Tuesday. While this appears to be a minor incident, Kiefer is still serving probation for a 2007 DUI incident. If the LA City Attorney’s Office determines that this incident constitutes a violation of Kiefer’s probation, then he may face jail time.
That’s the glitch about probation. You get to avoid jail, but you have to behave on the outside!
