  • Contract May End Miss California’s Reign

Life’s a breach for Miss California these days.

Carrie Prejean does not believe gay people should be permitted to enter into the contract of marriage.  Meanwhile, Prejean’s fate is in the hands of people deciding whether she breached her contract with the Miss California USA pageant.

US Weekly confirms that pageant directors have met and are considering whether to strip Prejean of her title after she made several unauthorized television appearances, and controversial photos leaked on the web.  Pageant spokesperson Roger Neal says that Prejean has run afoul of several parts of the 12-page contract that all prospective contestants were required to sign before competing in the November state contest.
