A Los Angeles judge decided yesterday that Brit is not mentally fit to testify in court. This decision is entirely consistent with the 14-month-old conservatorship and comes after Jon Eardley filed a motion to compel Brit to testify about restraining orders against Eardley, Sam Lutfi, and Adnan Ghalib. The judge will hear closing arguments on the restraining orders on April 28, and Popsquire will keep you posted.
