Britney Spears’ Trespasser Says She Is Not A Stalker
Miranda Tozier-Robbins, the woman arrested for trespassing on to Britney Spears’ property last week, says the back gate “just kinda pushed open.” Yeah, right.
She seems credible about not being a stalker, though. Unless she makes a credible threat with the intent to place Britney in reasonable fear for her safety, Tozier-Robbins’ behavior likely is not prosecutable under California’s anti-stalking statutes.
