Tyra Banks has a reason to smile with her eyes today.

Brady Green, the man accused of stalking Tyra, has been convicted of stalking, harassment, criminal trespass and attempted aggravated harassment in NYC. Green’s sentencing is scheduled for June, and he faces up to 90 days in jail.
Of course, even if he serves jail time, he might return to stalking Tyra. Stalkers often are repeat offenders and rarely get the mental help they need.
Megan McAllister spent approximately 25 minutes with Philip Markoff at a Boston jail yesterday, and her lawyer now says that she is ready to move on with her life. Good move, Megan.
Every week, The Cougar gives lawyers another reason to require reality show contestants to test for STDs. Seriously, the “kiss-off” elimination round is gross, yet totally compelling. Popsquire will be watching tonight at 10pm on TV Land!
Today’s hearing in the Chris Brown case produced some gems.

First, the court ordered authorities to return the $1.4 million in jewelry Rihanna was wearing the night of the attack. Next, Chris Brown’s attorney, Mark Geragos, asked the judge to order the LAPD to turn over the investigative reports on the infamous leaked photo of a very bruised Rihanna. Geragos later told TMZ: “Leaks can form the basis for a motion to dismiss the case in regard to outrageous governmental misconduct.”
This statement by Geragos is aggressive. It may signify posturing by the defense in ongoing plea bargain negotiations, but it’s difficult to convince a judge to dismiss a criminal case for governmental misconduct. Good luck.
Some people cross their fingers for good luck, but Hugh Jackman isn’t taking any chances. In light of recent online Wolverine leaks, he’s crossing his wrists!
Former Prison Break star, Lane Garrison, was released from prison early this morning after serving time for vehicular manslaughter in connection with a drunk driving crash that killed 17-year-old Vahagn Setian.

Garrison was granted early release for good behavior after serving about half of his 40 month sentence. He is expected to report to a rehab center, which may shorten his probation period. Let’s hope he keeps up the good behavior. If so, Popsquire is all for comebacks and rehabilitation!
For Sean and Robin Wright Penn, the second time isn’t the charm.

The couple filed for divorce back in 2007, but quickly got back together and voluntarily dismissed the proceeding. Sean has decided to try for divorce again by filing for legal separation. Now, the question is how much money the divorce will Milk from Sean’s estate in attorneys’ fees, child support, and alimony.
Tyra Banks is taking the witness stand in NYC today, joining a long list of celebrities fighting back against stalkers.

Tyra’s alleged stalker, Brady Green, faces misdemeanor stalking, harassment and trespassing charges after cops arrested him in March. In addition to sending unwanted flowers and love letters, Green allegedly threatened to kill Tyra’s assistant for not giving out the ANTM host’s address.
Cops say he was carrying a duffel bag filled with magazines with Tyra’s face on the cover and a receipt for the flowers he sent at the time of his arrest. He faces 90 dails in jail, if convicted.
Click here to read about the long list of celebs who also have battled stalkers.
UPDATE: Tyra is done testifying. She said she hired security in response to Green’s conduct and is scared to be alone, even going as far as having security trail her while she jogs. Makes sense. Stalkers are scary, even for giant supermodels!
Tyson is a documentary-style film about the controversial fighter, Mike Tyson. Check out this interview Popsquire recently conducted with the film’s director, James Toback.
Two suspects who allegedly conspired to extort $25 million from John Travolta pleaded not guilty in a Bahamian court today, which means that Travolta may have to testify against them during a September trial.
Like a good lawyer, Popsquire already updated the Travolta timeline:
Jan. 22: (a) TMZ confirms that Bahamian police are investigating an alleged $20 million extortion plot against John Travolta, involving the circumstances of his son’s death; (b) Bahaminan Senator Pleasant Bridgewater is arrested on charges of extortion and conspiracy to extort.
Jan. 23: (a) Ambulance driver Tarino Lightbourne is arrested on charges of extortion and conspiracy to extort; (b) Bridgewater is released on $40,000 bail; and (c) Obie Wilchcombe is detained by Bahamian cops for questioning and then released.
Jan. 24: (a) Wilchcombe denies any involvement in an extortion plot and says only one person was involved, likely referring to Lightbourne; (b) Bridgewater tenders her resignation from Parliament and asserts her innocence.
Jan. 25: TMZ reports that Bahamian police have recordings of conversations in the alleged plot.
Jan. 26: (a) Lightbourne is taken into police custody for alleged attempted extortion and conspiracy to extort; (b) Prosecutors file a list of 14 witnesses, including John Travolta, his Bahamian lawyer Allyson Maynard, and his U.S.-based lawyers, Michael Ossi and Michael McDermott.
Click here to watch an entertaining interview with Nadya Suleman in which she denies working as an erotic dancer and threatens to sue the strip club owner who says otherwise.
There’s a fun comment about Angelina Jolie, too. Enjoy!
