The Laws Of American Idol: Episode Recap
Popsquire believes in rules and laws, especially when it comes to American Idol!
Unfortunately, last night’s episode proved that this year’s contestants have no respect for well-established AI laws. As a public service, Popsquire is setting forth the laws most applicable to last night’s episode below:
1. Michael Jackson songs are prohibited. (Steven)
2. Male singers should not perform songs originally done by female artists who hit high notes. (Anoop / Danny)
3. If you act crazy during Hollywood week, don’t expect people (especially the judges) to forget. (Tatiana)
4. Don’t wear high tops, even at the beginning of the competition when style budgets are minimal. (Jackie)
5. You will be stung if you try to sing like Sting. (Casey)
