Howard K. Stern vs. Blonde Ambition
In an ongoing lawsuit over Rita Crosby’s tell-all book about Anna Nicole Smith, Larry Birkhead and Howard K. Stern are fighting back.
As a reminder, Howard filed a defamation lawsuit in September attacking Mark Speer and Jackie Hatten, whom he claims invented a web of lies that served as the basis for Rita Cosby’s Anna Nicole Smith tell-all, “Blonde Ambition: The Untold Story Behind Anna Nicole Smith’s Death.”
Now, Howard and Larry have filed declarations in opposition to the defendants’ motion to strike, denying that Howard stole money from Anna Nicole, supplied her with drugs, and, among other things, that Howard and Larry were sexually involved. In short, Anna’s boys want to set the record straight!
