- A man has written a book about his obsessive complusive diet that includes two big macs every day, totaling 23,000 since 1972, according to CNN. Don Gorske, the author, also promised his mother he wouldn’t cut his hair, which he hasn’t done in 20 years!
- Lauren Conrad has signed on to write a three-book series of young adult fiction for HarperCollins, the publisher tells People. The books – the first of which is scheduled to hit shelves in the summer of 2009 – will be loosely inspired by LC’s own experience going from an ordinary teen to a reality TV star.
