Given the anticipated madness to snap pics of Gwen Stefani’s newborn boy, Matt Damon’s newborn girl, and Jennifer Garner’s new baby bump, it’s time to review California’s anti-paparazzi laws. In short, these laws generally prevent photogs both from physically entering a celeb’s private property to snap a picture and from using visual enhancing devices to get pics of celebs on their private property.
