In a twist of irony, Ashley Dupre is suing Joe Francis (founder of Girls Gone Wild) for $10 million, alleging that he exploited her name and image for profit without her consent. Maybe Ashley’s $200,000 in MySpace music sales just ain’t enough to keep a girl happy?!?
Joe’s response: “She’s seeking $10 million for topless photos taken in front of a room full of people, including two newspapers and multiple crews we had in the room…These images were taken in public places and contain no sexual contact. We expect to triumph in this matter.”
