In addition to supermodel Angie Everheart’s recent arrest for suspicion of DUI, Stone Temple Pilot’s Scott Weiland now has been sentenced to 192 hours in county jail for a November DUI arrest — his second DUI offense!  He also is required to complete an 18-month alcohol program, pay nearly $2,000 in fines, and participate in a four-year probation period.

It’s only Tuesday, yet Popsquire is forced to update the celebrity DUI list yet again this week.  Terrible!

Earlier this month…

1. Despite rumors of a possible child endangerment charge, Richie Sambora was charged only with two DUI counts arising out of his March 25 DUI arrest.
2. Lucille Gatchell, the 64-year-old alleged drunk driver who crashed into Sandra Bullock, pleaded not guilty to DUI charges in court.
3. Carmelo Anthony (Denver Nuggets forward) was arrested in Colorado on suspicion of DUI.
4. Thomas Jane pleaded not guilty to DUI charges and is expected back in court on May 19.
5. Barron Hilton (brother of Paris) pleaded no contest to DUI charges and was sentenced to (a) visit the L.A. County Morgue, (b) three years probation, and (c) one year without a driver’s license.
6. Redmond O’Neal (son of Farrah Fawcett and Ryan O’Neal) pleaded not guilty to charges of DUI, felony possession of heroin and meth.

The recent past…

1. Nicole Richie: sentenced to four days…served 82 minutes.
2. Paris Hilton: sentenced to 45 days…served 22 (drama-filled) days
3. Lindsay Lohan: sentenced to two days…served 84 minutes.
4. Michelle Rodriguez: sentenced to 180 days….served 17 days.
5. Kiefer Sutherland: sentenced to and served 48 days.
6. Rebecca DeMornay: sentenced to (1) participate in a three-month program for DUI offenders; (3) serve three years of probation; and (3) pay a $350 fine.
7. Mischa Barton: sentenced to: (1) three years probation; (2) nearly $2,000 in fines; and (3) a three-month alcohol education class.
