Twelve Days of Rob Lowe
Don’t cross the nanny, because she will cross-sue you! In the cross-complaint filed by Rob Lowe’s former nanny, Jessica Gibson, she sues for twelve causes of action: sexual assault, sexual battery, sexual harassment, retaliation, unpaid wages, unpaid overtime, unpaid meal periods, unpaid rest periods, violation of Labor Code section 226, misclassification as independent contractor, violation of Labor Code section 226, and conversion.
Starting tomorrow, Popsquire will analyze each cause of action individually every day for twelve days. Let’s just say it’s Popsquire’s “Twelve Days of Rob Lowe.” Until then, study up on these (and other) juicy allegations, including that:
- Rob placed his hand inside Gibson’s pants “in order to touch her crotch.”
- Rob repeatedly exposed “his flacid penis.”
- Rob repeatedly exposed “his erect penis.”
- Rob repeatedly asked Gibson “to touch his penis.”
