TMZ reports and predicts that Mischa Barton will enter a plea bargain at this Thursday’s court hearing for her December DUI arrest. The plea allegedly will result in: (1) three years of unsupervised probation; (2) attendance at an alcohol education class; and (3) monetary fines.
