the relative legality of prostitution vs. porn is one of frankfurterschool’s favorite topics! thanks for linking to the legal satyricon’s blog - it gave the clearest legal analysis i’ve ever seen for this seeming contradiction. but as my friends have said for years, if you’re going to hire a hooker, bring a video camera and a draw up a basic contract for performing services!
