  • Britney’s “Manager” To Be Deposed

According to TMZ, Sam Lutfi may be deposed today in the Britney Spears/Kevin Federline custody dispute. TMZ also reports that Mark Kaplan may ask Sam if Britney made a deal with X17 to photograph her daily life.

    Popsquire’s perspective…

Deposition rules are very different from in-court rules when it comes to questioning witnesses. Even if certain questions seem irrelevant, lawyers are permitted to ask them to determine if they could lead to potentially relevant information.

If Britney has a deal with the photogs who are following her constantly, then the court likely would be very interested in this information. It may provide insight into whether Britney is making decisions that are in the best interests of her children.

Mainly, Popsquire wonders how long Sam will last in deposition. Will he break Britney’s record of 2.5 hours? We shall see…
