Thank you, Judge. Popsquire has been saying for weeks that this former Americal Idol contestant should not be part of our pop culture discourse. Now that a judge has made an official ruling, I sincerely hope that we can all move on.
That is, of course, unless less VH1’s Celebrity Rehab is as good as it looks. Popsquire will be watching…

She showed some courage and inner-strength on VH1’s Rehab show but the judge is right, she’s really not a celebrity.
